  整机采用拉线随动夹具结构，夹具在拉线上自动循环使用，各工位对夹具自动挡停、举升定位，确保对位精度。自动供料、自动装配2个塑胶零件；人工供料、自动装配1个微孔状烧结零件；各工位4个产品同时操作。2个塑胶零件为搭扣卡紧结构，装配时须轴心及旋转对位后压力挤入，独特的物料轴心及旋转对位机构，确保对位准确。自动清空并完成设备内未完工的产品。异常时停机报警，并提示异常位置。自动记录产品数，实时计算产能。完善的安全防护措施，防止意外工伤发生。

The machine uses the line follow fixtures. The fixtures can be automatic recycle using in the pull line. Each station will automatic stop the fixtures, position the the lifting and ensure alignment accuracy. Automatically feeding and assembling 2 plastic parts; and the same time, artificial feeding, automatic assembly one microporous sintered parts. 4 products are operated at the same time. The two plastic parts are the fastener clamping structure, they are pressed in after the axis and rotation counterpoint. The unique material axis and rotation counterpoint structure can ensure accurate alignment. Automatically empty and complete the unfinished products. Under abnormal condition, the machine will stop and alarm and indicate the abnormal place. The machine will automatic recording the number of qualified and unqualified products and computing machine capacity in real-time.
